We want you to be able purchase with complete confidence. We do make all of our products by hand and with great care. Many of them are made to order so please allow up to 5 days for your item to ship and 7-10 days for delivery. If you need your order for something special and sooner then 5-10 days, please send us an email to service@thebottlemill.com and we very likely can hook you up! International shipping can take longer based on location. Email us for specific shipping times by country. All items ship from San Diego, California either via UPS or USPS. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged so your items arrive in new condition. Should your item be damaged in shipping contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement.
Currently we do not ship to PO boxes.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in good condition or is incorrect, simply return your order within one week of receipt. We'll send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Please include a letter specifically explaining your reasons for the return and indicate whether you'd like us to issue you a replacement or credit. For identification purposes, please include the shipping label from the outside of the original package.
